Questions we hear.
Do we have to hire you to build what the plan recommends?
No. The plan is yours. It's written so your own team, another vendor, or we can carry it out.
What if the honest answer is "not yet"?
Then we'll say so. Sometimes the right first step is cleaning up data or processes, not buying AI. That's still a useful answer.
How much of our team's time does it take?
Mostly short interviews with a handful of people and a few system walkthroughs. The quote lists who we'd need and roughly how long.
Do you need access to our systems?
Usually a guided walkthrough is enough. If we need to look at data, we agree on read-only access and what we'll see before we start.
