Every engagement gets a fixed-scope quote after a free call. We don't publish a price list because scope varies widely, but you'll always see the price in writing before work starts.

Fixed scope means you know the cost up front and we carry the risk of estimating well. If you want to add something later, we quote the change separately.

No. Most work is a defined project. Ongoing support and fractional AI lead arrangements are optional.

Focused projects are usually measured in weeks. Your quote includes a timeline.

It can be, with the right tools and settings. Business and enterprise plans from major AI providers generally offer stronger data terms than consumer accounts. We review data handling before recommending anything.

We recommend services and settings where your data is not used for model training, and we check the provider's terms for each tool we set up.

Yes. AI can produce confident, incorrect answers. That's why we design workflows with checks and keep a person in the loop wherever mistakes would matter.

Yes, with care. We design around the rules that apply to you, such as HIPAA, consumer finance rules or professional duties, and we'll recommend involving your compliance advisor or counsel where appropriate.

Usually not. We start by improving and connecting the systems you already have. We only suggest new software when it's clearly worth it.

Custom work we build for you belongs to you. The agreement spells out ownership, including any third-party services involved.

Yes. Training is part of how we deliver, and we also offer AI training for teams on its own.

We stay available after launch, and ongoing support can be included in scope so fixes and improvements are covered.

Our work focuses on removing repetitive tasks so people can spend time on work that needs judgment. How you use that time is your decision.

Yes. We build and run a few products, including LoanWick (BrokerBot) for mortgage loan officers, PipeDrop and LineSignal.

No. Most of our work is custom or uses third-party tools. We'll only suggest one of our products if it genuinely fits.
