Discovery
For most projects, we spend time with the people who do the work: watching the process, looking at the systems and collecting examples. Small projects may skip straight to a quote.

Plan and fixed-scope quote
You get a written plan: what we'll build or change, what's out of scope, how we'll measure success, and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Build and test
We build in small pieces and test with your team on real work, with regular check-ins so there are no surprises at the end.

Train, launch, support
We train the people who'll use it, write down how it works, and stay available to fix issues and improve things as you learn.

We don't publish a price list because the work varies too much. Instead, you get a written, fixed price for a defined scope before anything starts.

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A focused assessment or a single automation is usually measured in weeks, not months. Your quote includes a timeline.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Most work is quoted as a defined project. Ongoing support is optional and scoped separately.
What if the project doesn't work as planned?
We build in small steps and test early so problems show up while they're cheap to fix. The plan includes how we'll measure success, and we'll be straight with you if something isn't working.
Who owns what you build for us?
Custom work we build for you is yours. We'll spell out ownership in the agreement, including any third-party software involved.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We're based in Irvine and can meet in person in Southern California, and we work with clients elsewhere in the US remotely.
