How it decides
Read. Decide. Guard. Act.
Every message passes through the same loop. The guard step is the one we're proudest of.
Read
Looks at the lead's history, stage and the latest message, so it doesn't repeat itself or ignore context.
Decide
Works out whether to reply, follow up, offer a time or stay quiet, based on the settings for that pipeline and stage.
Guard
Checks opt-outs, texting windows, duplicates and collisions, and blocks attempts to extract its instructions.
Act
Sends the message or books the appointment, and records what happened in an event trail.
Your rules, at every level
Controls that match how teams actually work.
Settings cascade from the company down to individual stages, so a branch manager and a single loan officer can each get what they need.
Company
Set company-wide defaults, such as texting windows and which features are on.
Loan officer
Adjust how the assistant works for an individual loan officer's leads.
Pipeline and stage
Choose how the assistant behaves at each stage of each pipeline.
Proactive mode
Reaches out first to leads in the stages you choose.
Reactive mode
Only replies when a lead messages first.
Pipeline-only mode
Limits activity to specific pipelines while you evaluate it.
Guardrails
Built to be careful first.
Automated outreach in mortgage carries real risk. These safeguards are part of the product, not add-ons.
- 01
Opt-out handling
Stop requests are honored and the lead isn't contacted again by the assistant.
- 02
Texting windows
Messages are only sent during the hours you allow.
- 03
Duplicate and collision checks
Prevents double messages and steps back when a loan officer is already talking with the lead.
- 04
Instruction-leak blocking
Detects and blocks attempts to get the assistant to reveal or ignore its instructions.
- 05
Event trail
A record of what the assistant saw, decided and did, for review.
- 06
Private testing ground
Try conversations privately before anything reaches a real lead. Outreach stays off until activation is approved.
Automation controls support your compliance program. They are not legal advice and don't replace your own review of consent, disclosures and applicable rules.
Who it's for
Is it a fit?
A good fit if…
- Your team uses Bonzo as its CRM
- Leads wait too long for a first reply
- Older leads rarely get worked
- You want control over when and how automation speaks
Probably not a fit if…
- You don't use Bonzo
- You want fully unsupervised outreach with no oversight
- You haven't sorted out consent for texting leads
